MT retarder TR116

Description

TR116 is a low to moderate temperature oil well cement retarder. Adding a certain amount of TR116 retarder to cement slurry can extend the thickening time of cement slurry and ensure enough pumping time of cement slurry under the condition of bottom hole high temperature and high pressure.

TR116 can be used alone or with a variety of blends,such as silica fume, barite, ilmenite and fly ash ,to prepare cement slurry with thickening time meeting the requirements of cementing operation. Cement formulated with TR216 has good development of compressive strength, so TR116 is very suitable for a wide range of situations such as water-extended slurries, long cement columns, or cooler temperatures.

Usage

general dosage: ≤0.5% (bwoc)

usage: blended with cement or added to mix water

 Precautions

 wear protective glasses and rubber gloves when adding. If it flies into eyes or skin contact, wash it with water in time. If there is serious discomfort, get a doctor nearby.

 Shelf life

 validity: 2 years. Beyond the shelf life, inspection shall be conducted before use to confirm whether it is available.

Packaging andStorage requirements

 generally packed in 25kg multi-wall kraft bags, or according to the user's requirements. Should be stored in a place avoiding direct sunlights.
