Anti gas channeling agent TMS154L

 Description

 TMS154L is a kind of anti gas channeling agent formed by special dispersion process of ultra-fine amorphous silica. The admixture can improve the early strength of cement, control the free water of cement slurry and improve the stability of cement slurry against settlement. In combination with polyvinyl alcohol anti channeling fluid loss additive, the anti channeling ability of polyvinyl alcohol system in vertical and inclined wells can be ensured and improved.TMS154L, as an excellent channeling inhibitor, has formed a good complementary application field with latex system. When TMS154L is used, the dosage of dispersant and retarder will be increased compared with the conventional system.TMS154L can also be used as a lightweight agent to prepare low density cement slurry. With the increase of TMS154L, the thixotropy of cement slurry will be improved.

Precautions

 wear protective glasses and rubber gloves when adding.  If it splashes into eyes or skin contact, wash it with water in time. If there is serious discomfort, get a doctor nearby.

Shelf life

 Validity: 1 year. Beyond the shelf life, inspection shall be conducted before use to confirm whether it is available.

Packaging and storage requirements

 generally use 200 liter plastic barrels for packaging, and can also be packaged in ton barrels or 25 / 50L barrels according to the user's requirements. 200L barrels or ton barrels are generally stored in a single layer and should be stored in a cool and ventilated place.
