Preflush TPF76L

Description

TPF76L, which is a microemulsion which can be dispersed in any proportion of water in emulsion. When is used in water-based mud cementing operation, it can effectively remove the virtual mud cake. When is used in oil-bearing or oil-based mud system, it can improve the interface wettability, and improve the interface bonding quality between cement slurry, casing and formation. TPF76L can produce a certain amount of foam when preparing the preflush. It can be effectively eliminated by adding a small amount of defoamer TAF46L. It is an excellent additive for well cementing.

Precautions

wear protective glasses and rubber gloves when adding.

Shelf life

validity: 2 years. Beyond the shelf life, inspection shall be conducted before use to confirm whether it is available.

Packaging and storage requirements

generally use 25kg plastic barrel packaging, or packaging according to user requirements. The storage height should not exceed 3 layers, and should be stored in a cool and ventilated place.
