Fluid loss additive TF62

 Description

 TF62 is a  medium-temperature oil well cement fluid loss additive . The invasion resistance of the polymer to the formation fluid can be well controlled, so it can be used to block the gas migration. This additive has no adverse effect on the strength development of set cement and no retarding side effect.

 TF62 can adapt to all grades of API oil well cement, and has good compatibility with most admixtures. In a few cases, due to the quality factors of cement and some accelerators, the fluid loss control ability of TF62 will be reduced. This problem can also be solved by technical ways.

 TF62 can be used together with cellulose derivative fluid loss additive to improve its adaptability to the change of cement quality, but will affect the setting time of cement slurry.

 Some ultrafine particles, such as micro silicon, can improve the fluid loss control and anti-gas channeling of TF62.

Precautions

 adding TF62 directly into cement slurry mix water is strictly prohibited.

 wear protective glasses and masks to prevent dust inhalation.

Shelf life

 Validity: 2 years. Beyond the shelf life, inspection shall be conducted before use to confirm whether it is available.

Packaging and storage requirements

 generally packed in 25kg kraft bag /w PE liner, and can also be packaged according to the user's requirements. Stored in a cool and ventilated place.
