Anti settling agent TAS314L

Description

TAS314L is an excellent anti settling agent for oil well cement, which can eliminate the free liquid of cement slurry. The admixture can be completely dissolved in water, so as to avoid the phenomenon of uneven mixing when using dry blended anti settling agent in the case of small dosage, which is more conducive to ensure that the lab performance of the designed cement slurry system has no deviation in the well site. 

Application

cement: API grade cement

water used: fresh water, sea water, salt water

Usage

general dosage: 0.1-1.5% (bwoc)

usage: added to mix water

Precautions

wear protective glasses and rubber gloves when adding. 

in case of contact with eyes or skin, wash with water in time. In case of serious discomfort, seek medical advice nearby.

Shelf life

validity: 2 years. Beyond the shelf life, inspection shall be conducted before use to confirm whether it is available.

Packaging and storage requirements

generally use 20kg plastic barrel packaging, or packaging according to user requirements. Should be stored in a cool place, away from fire species.
