Dispersant TD31L

Description

 TD31L is a sulfonated ketone aldehyde condensate, which is an excellent dispersant for oil well cement.

 TD31L can achieve high temperature dispersion and drag reduction by adsorbing on the surface of cement particles, increasing the electric repulsion between particles and breaking up the flocculation structure formed at the initial stage of hydration, preventing cement particles from coalescing with each other, forming hydration film and reducing the friction between particles.

 TD31L can significantly reduce the apparent viscosity of cement slurry, reduce the friction resistance during pumping cement slurry  and displacement, and improve the performance of cement slurry, which is helpful to realize turbulent flow and ensure the effective removal of drilling fluid.

 TD31L can effectively reduce the viscosity of high density cement slurry with low water cement ratio and ensure its good pumpability.

 TD31L has good temperature and salt resistance and good compatibility with other additives.

 TD31L has a certain retarding effect at low temperature.

usage method

 general dosage: 1-7% (bwoc), when dispersing cement, dosage will increase significantly, cold slurry is easy to produce settlement,TAS153 can be added to control, or TAG28 can be used together to reduce TD31L dosage.

 Precautions

 Wear protective glasses and rubber gloves when adding. It is suggested that water should not be added together with other wet mixing admixtures, but should be added in sequence. If it splashes into eyes or skin contact, wash it with water in time. If there is serious discomfort, get a doctor nearby.

 Shelf life

 validity: 2 years. Beyond the shelf life, inspection shall be conducted before use to confirm whether it is available.

 Packaging and storage requirements

 generally use 25kg plastic barrel packaging, or packaging according to user requirements. Should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, storage height should not exceed 3 layers.
